The House Manager leads by example ,organise rotas,schedules and calendars must be a Team Player.

Able to motivate the staff and maintain cohesive Team .

​

  • Complete oversight of the work at all levels & ensuring an immaculate grooming standards for all the team.
    Keep effective communication & flow informations,using the IT new technologies .

     

  • Ensuring at all the time that the staff are performing the Principals wishes .

  • Training of Household staff , to provide an immaculate service and grooming .

  • Management of the weekly scheduling ,salaries, arranging visas and vacations .

  • Keeping track of all technology matters .

  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems exercising good judgement.
     

  • Monitor and ensure that the Housekeeping staff performs their job functions at the expected level of  service ,
    fully aware of the daily schedules .

     

  • Creation of formal checklists to run the household,  as if it is a luxury hotel .
    Ensuring that all informations are documented in a Log Book Daily.

     

  • Assist the staff whenever necessary in performing all fuctions .Very Hands on approach to every aspects of the House hold .
     

  • Ensuring the aesthetic wig full usage cleanliness at the right use .
